Half-Day Workshop - Afternoon Session: Lunch 12-1pm, 1pm-4pm

Coffee, snacks & lunch to be provided!

This workshop will focus on how to:

  • Gather community and Tribal Council support for initiatives, projects and funding.
  • Change attitudes and behaviors.
  • Communicate project and financial needs to the Tribal Council and community.
  • Use techniques for persuasion and managing conflict.

The workshop above is useful for department supervisors, managers and staff involved with natural resource protection, water and waste management, housing and cultural resources.
